The sober adult in an overexcited market.

Seicho exists because most AI projects fail on governance and adoption, not on models. We started with the unfashionable 70%: process, people, and the discipline to log every change. Then we built a firm on it, and ran our own revenue through it first.

Jack Northall, co-founder of Seicho

Jack Northall

Jack spent his career at EY in change and governance, helping large organisations adopt new systems without breaking the controls around them. He watched the same pattern on every engagement: technology rarely fails on capability. It fails because nobody owns the change, nobody trusts the data, and nobody can answer for what the system did.

Seicho applies that discipline to the place mid-sized firms feel it most: revenue. Jack and Seb run every Revenue System Audit between them, and one of them delivers your readout to your leadership in person.

If you email, he answers. Within one business day, personally.

Seb Hodge, co-founder of Seicho

Seb Hodge

Seb worked at HubSpot, then spent years as a HubSpot architect on the agency side, auditing and rebuilding other people's portals. That is a specific kind of education. You see what a firm actually built, what it meant to build, and the gap between the two that nobody wants to raise in the reporting meeting.

He audited seven HubSpot portals in the three months to July 2026 alone, across furniture manufacturing, medical equipment, packaging, equipment hire and healthcare staffing. The same four or five failures turned up in nearly all of them, which is why the audit has a fixed shape rather than a fresh scope every time.

He leads systems and technical architecture at Seicho: the data model, the integrations, and the decision about what a field is allowed to mean. He also runs audits and delivers readouts.

If your portal is a mess, he has seen worse, and he will tell you exactly how bad it is.

What we are, and what we're not.

We build and govern revenue systems. We are not a general AI automation agency.

Your team owns everything we build. We never become a dependency you can't remove.

Seicho is Jack Northall and Seb Hodge. Jack came from EY and leads change and governance. Seb came from HubSpot and leads systems and the technical architecture behind every engagement. We're based in Canberra and work with professional services and manufacturing firms across Australia.
