The terms we work by.
These terms govern your use of this website. The detail of any engagement is set out in a separate, signed proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Seicho website at seicho.com.au. They do not, on their own, create a client relationship. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate proposal or statement of work that we both sign, and where that document and these terms differ, the signed document wins.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about what we do and to get in touch. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful.
The information here
We keep the content on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Prices, scope, and timeframes described here, including the Revenue System Audit fee, are indicative and are confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or professional advice for your specific situation.
Enquiries and bookings
When you enquire or book a call, you agree to give us accurate information and you understand that booking a call does not by itself create an engagement. We will confirm any engagement, its scope, and its fee in a written proposal.
How engagements work
Our work and our pricing are set out in the relevant proposal or statement of work. As a general description of how we operate:
- You own the outcome. We build inside accounts you own, with full documentation, so you can run the system yourself.
- AI is governed. AI suggests changes to your CRM; a person on your side reviews and approves before anything is written; every applied change is logged.
- No unsupervised writes. Outbound communications, deletions, and merges never auto-apply.
- Any retainer is optional. An ongoing governance retainer, if you take one, is quoted after the build, runs month to month, and is not a condition of the work we deliver.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms, and any credits, such as the audit fee being credited against a build that starts within 30 days, are set out in the relevant proposal. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST where GST applies.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this website belong to Seicho. The deliverables we build for you, and ownership of them, are dealt with in your engagement document. As a rule, you own the configuration and documentation we deliver into your accounts. We retain our own general methods, know-how, and reusable tooling.
Confidentiality
Where we have signed a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement with you, it governs how we treat your confidential information. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services, such as our scheduling provider and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control. Engagements rely on third-party platforms, principally HubSpot, that are governed by their own terms between you and that provider.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided on an “as is” basis and we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The liability that applies to an engagement is set out in that engagement's document.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/TERRITORY], Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
