Relationships built the firm. They can't report to the board.

For professional services firms: government spend is tightening, panels are more competitive, and firms that grew on referrals are now building real BD engines. We build yours on the HubSpot you already pay for, with AI your partners can defend.

$4,500 fixed fee. Two weeks. Refunded in full if you say it wasn't worth it, at the readout or afterwards.

Whether you founded the firm or were hired to grow it.

If you're a principal

The pipeline lives in the partners' heads.

You know roughly what's coming because you know your clients. But "roughly" doesn't survive a partner leaving, a panel refresh, or a quiet quarter. Diversifying beyond your anchor relationships means knowing, in one place, every conversation the firm is having and what it's worth.

We give you a pipeline you can see without asking anyone. Defensible numbers, not recollections.

If you lead growth

You're accountable for pipeline with no system underneath it.

You were hired to build the BD engine. The CRM is half-adopted, the partners keep their own lists, and now you're being told to "do something with AI" on top of data you wouldn't sign your name to.

We build one source of truth the partners actually use, because the system briefs them before every meeting instead of nagging them for data entry.

The build is the easy half. Getting partners who have run their own lists for twenty years onto one system is the other half, and it is where most rollouts quietly die. Jack ran change programmes at EY before this, so we design the rollout the way a consultancy designs one: a named owner per practice, partners who see their own pipeline in the first week, and a system that earns its place by doing their prep for them. If the partners don't use it, it didn't work, and that's our problem to solve, not yours.

AI you could explain to a probity adviser.

Your clients trust you with sensitive work. Any AI touching your client records has to clear the same bar. In everything we build, every AI action is proposed, reviewed by a named person, approved, and logged. Nothing writes to a client record unsupervised, ever. This is what we mean by governed AI: every action proposed, reviewed, approved, logged.

Where your data goes, in plain English.

Your client records stay in your HubSpot, in your accounts, under your access controls. We work under NDA inside your environment, we don't copy records to our systems, and nothing is used to train AI models. When an engagement ends, our access ends with it. If your clients ask how their information is handled, you'll have a straight answer.

We don't move your data out of HubSpot to make the AI work. Every AI sub-processor that touches a record is named and documented, and you approve the list, so a probity adviser can see exactly which systems are in scope.

What your firm gets, in outcomes.

Every fee earner briefed before every meeting

The full history with that client, across every partner and practice, in their inbox before they walk in. No more learning mid-meeting that a colleague pitched them last month.

Cross-practice visibility on every client

Who knows whom, who's talking to whom, and where the firm's relationships actually sit. The end of three partners courting the same client in ignorance of each other.

A pipeline report the board believes

Built from live records, not assembled by hand over a week. When a partner asks where a number came from, the answer is one click, not one meeting.

A database that survives staff churn

When a BD manager or consultant leaves, the relationships and history stay. The firm's memory belongs to the firm, not to whoever held the spreadsheet.

We build the system. Your partners run it.

After the audit, we build your revenue system on the HubSpot you already pay for: Marketing, Sales and Service, with governed AI wired through all three. We build it in your accounts, document it, and hand it to your team to own. Then we stay close enough to keep it sharp.

Scope, price and timeline are set by your audit and fixed before a day of build work starts. Proceed within 30 days and the $4,500 audit fee comes off that price.

More than one practice? It scales.

Most firms run several practices, and each has its own pipeline, its own partners, its own data. We build the first practice end to end, then template and tune it across the others. Each additional practice costs and takes less than the first, because the hard design work is already done.

Start by finding out where your firm actually stands.

The Revenue System Audit. Two weeks, $4,500 fixed fee, under four hours of your team's time. A scorecard, findings, a roadmap with dollar impacts, and a research agent left running in a workspace you own. If you don't think it was worth the fee, say so at the readout or email us afterwards, and we refund it in full that day. The findings are yours either way.
